Yes. For each Symphony Pass Membership, your credit card will be charged the monthly subscription fee on the same day of each month, until your Symphony Pass Membership is cancelled. Remember you must commit to a three (3) month membership before cancelling and your membership must be active to attend concerts.
What does “unlimited access to concerts” mean?
For one monthly subscription fee, you may see as many Pacific Symphony concerts as you’d like, for as little as $10 per concert ticket – it’s your choice! (Note that Premium Symphony Pass Membership concerts are $15 per ticket). This includes most live orchestral concerts in our Classical, Pops, and Family Musical Mornings series at the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall in Costa Mesa, California. It also includes our SummerFest series at Great Park Live in Irvine, California. It does not include special events or Cafe Ludwig concerts. You may choose from any concert 90 days out from the date that your membership is active. Concerts pending availability, and best seats available for sale per price level, until they sell out.
What if I want to cancel my Symphony Pass Membership?
You may cancel your Symphony Pass Membership at any time after your initial three (3) month commitment. Please allow us three (3) business days to process your cancellation. After cancellation, you will forfeit any tickets purchased after the final month of your membership period (e.g., the last month that you were charged for). You must be an active Symphony Pass member to attend a concert using a Symphony Pass ticket. You may opt out of Symphony Pass membership by emailing the Symphony Pass concierge at SymphonyPass@pacificsymphony.org or call (714) 876-2305.
What if I want two tickets to each performance?
You may reserve one concert ticket per Symphony Pass membership, per concert. So, if you need to reserve two (2) tickets to each performance, you should purchase two Symphony Pass memberships. We have a special offer for the purchase of two Symphony Pass memberships, per membership level, when you sign up:
- Standard Symphony Pass for two for a subscription fee of $55/month plus $10 per concert ticket, nearly $5 in savings each month!
- Premium Symphony Pass for two for a subscription fee of $80/month plus $15 per concert ticket, nearly $20 in savings each month!
When can I purchase my Symphony Pass Tickets?
You may purchase concert tickets up to 90 days before a concert, up to three (3) hours before the concert. Best available Symphony Pass concert seats are available at the beginning of each quarter of a new season.
What is the maximum number of Symphony Pass Memberships that I can purchase?
The maximum number of Symphony Pass memberships that you may purchase is two per household. If you need more tickets then we recommend you purchase a Family Symphony Pass plan
If you sign up for two Symphony Pass memberships per household, you’ll receive the Standard Symphony Pass for a subscription fee of $55/month for two memberships (nearly a $5 savings per month), and for Symphony Pass Premium it’s $80 for two Symphony Pass Memberships for a subscription fee of $80/month for two memberships (nearly a $20 savings per month).

For example: If you cancel your Symphony Pass Membership in February, but have already purchased tickets for concerts in March, you will have to pay the difference in price for those March concerts. You would not be charged an additional amount retroactively for any concerts that you attended prior to March.
You must be an active Symphony Pass member to attend a concert using a Symphony Pass ticket.
