Zoe Beyler is a percussionist, pianist, and taiko player pursuing an undergraduate degree in percussion performance at the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music, and is the artistic director for USC’s taiko group, Kazan Taiko. Beyler plays a range of music, from classical standards to contemporary solos and chamber music to cross-genre collaborations. As a member of the USC Percussion Ensemble, USC Orchestra, and Kazan Taiko, she is able to explore the breadth of percussion and its possibilities.
