Personal information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to: a first name or initial and last name; a home, business or other physical address; a phone number; and an e-mail. We collect personal information from our website users and patrons only when such information is voluntarily provided to us, including, without limitation, in connection with inquiries about our services through the “Contact Us” page, as part of signing up for our e-mail subscriptions or in the process of your transactions with us.
How We May Use Your Information
If you provide us with personal information, we may retain and use that information for several purposes, including facilitating and otherwise addressing your inquiry, request, subscriptions or transactions and relationship with Pacific Symphony.
With Whom We May Share Your Information
We may sometimes use other businesses to perform certain services for us, such as providing mailing services and processing inquiries. We may provide personal information to those businesses when that information is necessary for them to complete a requested transaction or otherwise perform their duties. Pacific Symphony will take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party service providers are obligated to protect personal information on Pacific Symphony’s behalf. From time to time, Pacific Symphony may share your personal information with other non-profit organizations. In the event that Pacific Symphony is no longer in business, your personal information will be destroyed.

We restrict access to personal information to Pacific Symphony employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
If you become a Pacific Symphony patron, you will be able to access your account through the website with a unique password. Your access to and use of our website, together with all other aspects of your relationship as patron will be governed by your agreement with Pacific Symphony. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
Except for participants in education and community engagement programs, with the permission of those participants’ parents or guardians, we do not knowingly collect personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
