Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Pacific Symphony considers the health and well-being of our patrons, artists and staff to be our top priority. Amid increasing concerns regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, Governor Gavin Newsom has issued an order to cancel or postpone gatherings of 250 or more in the state of California. As a result, Pacific Symphony has canceled all performances through Sept. 15.

Because of the financial impact of concert cancellations, we ask patrons, whenever possible, to consider ticket exchanges or a donation in the amount of the ticket purchased (and receive a tax deduction for the total ticket value). The following options are available for those who have already purchased tickets to canceled concerts:
- Donate your ticket. Your tax-deductible donation today means that the next time you join us at for a concert, the orchestra will be here to share the joy of live music with you once more, as a healthy, vibrant and financially secure organization.
- Exchange your tickets to an upcoming performance. We are happy to exchange your tickets for one of the many upcoming Pacific Symphony performances. We understand customers are thinking carefully about purchasing tickets for future performances. To offer increased flexibility, all ticket exchanges are free for performances through June 15, 2021. (Exchanges subject to availability; special events excluded.)
- Place the value of your tickets on account, to be used toward a future concert without specifying it now.
- Other options. For all other ticketing options, contact the patron services office.
