How much is parking?
Parking is included in the price of your ticket.

May I bring my own food?
Yes, but with restrictions: Your food must fit in a clear, one-gallon Ziploc bag. No coolers, backpacks, large bags, etc. are allowed.

May I bring my own beer or wine?
While you may not bring your own alcoholic beverages, FivePoint Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. A valid and current driver license or state ID card is required to purchase alcohol; guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase an alcoholic beverage.

May I bring my own water?
Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) factory-sealed bottle of water up to one gallon in size (plastic only, no metal or glass containers). Camelbacks, aluminum containers and hydroflasks are not permitted.

What food will be available onsite?
At minimum, these two concession stands will be operating on July 4:

  • Dog Haus
    Our wide array of food offerings now offers the Pasadena native, Dog Haus. These humanely raised, all-natural dogs are served on a Hawaiian rolls an feature only the freshest toppings.
     
  • Questlove’s Cheesesteak
    Last year we served up over 20k plant-based Impossible burgers across the country. This year we are proud to be introducing Questlove’s Cheesesteak — a new version of the Philly classic using Impossible meat.

Will there be picnic tables?
A small number of tables are onsite, but we recommend you plan to eat at your seat or concert table. This year, we are providing seats at tables in front of the stage for your comfort.

Will I be required to go through security?
Yes, all guests are subject to metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit the Box Office and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors. More information 

  • Items ALLOWED to be brought into the venue
    • (1) Clear Bag no larger than 12"x12"x6" per ticket holder
    • Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
    • Food – in a clear, 1-gallon ziploc bag
    • Water – up to (1) gallon in a factory-sealed plastic bottle only
       
  • ​Items NOT ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue include, but are not limited to
    • Weapons of any kind
    • Alcohol
    • Illegal drugs/substances o Glass, aluminum, or metal containers
    • Cans
    • Hard sided/large coolers
    • Large or oversized bags/back packs, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized back packs larger than 14"x14"x6"
    • Laser pointers
    • Animals (except service animals)
    • Fireworks
    • Portable stadium seat / Seat cushions
    • Strollers
    • Umbrellas

Why is Pacific Symphony at two different venues this summer?
Due to the uncertainties surrounding the pandemic, our friends at Live Nation—FivePoint Amphitheatre’s operator —had availability that they typically do not have, allowing the Symphony a fantastic opportunity to perform in a beautiful, new venue and for a new audience.

How are you ensuring our safety?
COVID-19 safety protocols continue to evolve at a rapid pace and your safety is our priority. In partnership with Live Nation, we will be using current guidelines from the CDC and State of California to create our policies and procedures.
