DvorákCarnival Overture
GriegPiano Concerto
ProkofievSymphony No. 5

Andre Watts remains one of the world’s most celebrated and beloved piano soloists; Grieg’s dramatic and sweeping concerto is the perfect showcase for his talents. Then, enjoy the symphony Prokofiev considered his best, calling it music “glorifying the human spirit.” Written more than 14 years after his Fourth Symphony, it conveys the emotional tensions of wartime Russia.
