Bequest / Planned Gift
For many members of the Pacific Symphony family, making a planned or estate gift is the perfect way to express appreciation for the Orchestra's performances and programs. Our patrons can advance the mission of the Symphony in a lasting and meaningful way while at the same time maximizing benefits for themselves. Tax savings, current cash payments, and supplemental income are some of the benefits of a well-designed planned gift.
The staff of Pacific Symphony wants to help each patron meet his or her individual needs and interests, and development officers are available to assist you and your advisors. The Pacific Symphony enjoys the support of several highly qualified financial planners, each of whom has offered their services to donors interested in constructing a planned gift. This service is intended to give you a fresh and impartial look at these important giving vehicles.
When considering a planned gift, it is important to keep in mind that individual situations differ, and that the implications of charitable giving depend on factors unique to each donor's situation. Therefore, it is important to consult with a financial advisor on tax-related and estate planning matters affecting your specific situation.
The Pacific Symphony honors its donors who have included the orchestra in their estate plans by including them in the Legacy Society. Some of the benefits Legacy Society members enjoy include:
The Symphony appreciates knowing that you have included it in your will or estate plan, so please alert the Development Department if you would like to be included in the Legacy Society.
