Can't Use Your Tickets?
Can't make a concert? No problem! You can exchange your tickets for an alternate night, or for tickets to another performance. See notes below for ticket exchange and donation procedures.
Exchange Procedure
Ticket exchanges for all Symphony concerts:
In person, by phone, fax or mail:

Please include the following:
(There is no charge for exchanges for subscribers; for single ticket buyers the standard $14.00 service fee applies)
If you are exchanging by mail, tickets will be mailed or you will be notified if they will be held at the Will-Call window for pickup on the day of the performance.

For concerts at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater:
You may exchange your tickets for additional tickets to another Pacific Symphony Summer concert. All exchanges must be made no later than the Wednesday (72 hours) prior to the scheduled performance date from which you are exchanging tickets. (Please note that exchanges are based on availability and similar seating cannot be guaranteed because other subscribers hold season tickets in the same area as you. Please also be aware that exchanges cannot be made at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.)
Donating Your Tickets
If you are unable to attend a performance and unable to exchange your tickets, you may donate your tickets to the Symphony for a tax credit. Please return your tickets by mail or in person no later than 4pm on the business day before the scheduled performance. You may also call us at (714) 755-5799. There are no refunds for unused tickets.
