Expectations for a symphonic experience can vary greatly! Some folks expect a romantic night out. Others expect to escape on a musical journey to a secret place. Some folks expect a “formal” affair, with certain codes of conduct, while others expect to just dress in nice casual. The truth is, experiencing classical music is a very personal thing, and all of the above expectations may come close to your reality.

But one thing is certain, the actual classical music experience you have depends a lot on your musical background and experiences. Whether you have enjoyed a symphonic experience in the concert halls of New York or Vienna, the quality of music played and the traditions of these performances are virtually identical to what you would experience with your Pacific Symphony.

If you have not yet been to a Pacific Symphony concert at the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall, this site will impart the information you need to enhance your enjoyment and get you ready to feel right at home.
